Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items & gifts: Orders ship within approximately 3–5 business days of purchase.
• Personalized & custom items: Made to order in-store and ship within approximately 7–14 business days. Timeline may vary slightly based on current order volume.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries internationally. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
